Getting Started at Our Modern Dental Office
We’re gladly accepting new patients of all ages at Bowdental of Evanston, and we can’t wait to meet you and your loved ones! Before you visit us for the first time, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect, so you feel comfortable from the moment you step through our front doors. So, we’ve provided some helpful information below. Don’t be afraid to call us if you have any questions!
Your First Dental Visit
Once you arrive for your first appointment, you’ll be greeted by our friendly, helpful staff. We’ll offer to give you a tour of the dental office so that you can be better acquainted with your new dental home. After we’ve gathered the necessary paperwork, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room, where you’ll meet with Dr. Bowden or Dr. Duarte and one of our dental hygienists. They’ll look over your mouth, take X-rays if need be, and thoroughly explain any treatments you might need.
New Patient Forms
To help you get in and out of our dental office more quickly, we’ve given you the option of downloading our new patient forms and filling them out ahead of your visit. Simply print them out and bring the completed forms to your appointment so that we can get you checked in right away.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Our dental office is committed to making dental care affordable and convenient, and that’s why we accept practically all PPO dental insurance plans. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re getting the most out of the benefits your plan provides, including filing the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
